Becker Avionics GmbH Opens New Headquarters in Baden-Baden: A New Era Begins

Baden-Baden, May 22, 2025 – May 22 marked a special day for Becker Avionics GmbH: with great pride, owner Roland Becker and CEO Wolfgang Kühling officially inaugurated the company’s new headquarters in Baden-Baden Oos, opening an important new chapter in the company’s history.

The modern facility represents an investment of approximately €8 million and provides a state-of-the-art environment for growth, innovation, and collaboration. It includes a 2,300 m² production hall across two levels and a 1,200 m² office building with four floors. Together, these new spaces will serve as the foundation for developing the next generation of safe, reliable, high-performance, and high-quality avionics systems.

The inauguration was celebrated together with customers, partners, long-time companions, and political representatives. Guests enjoyed inspiring keynote speeches, industry insights, and discussions about the future of aviation technology.

  • Georg Bucksch, long-time friend and companion of Becker Avionics

Importantly, Becker Avionics East Europe was also present at the event. Our participation underscored the close cooperation within the Becker family and highlighted our shared commitment to bringing innovative avionics solutions to international markets. For our team, it was an honor to be part of this milestone and to celebrate together with our colleagues from Becker Avionics GmbH.

The company also recognized the efforts of the Harsch Group for making the construction possible, and above all, its dedicated employees, who successfully managed the transition into the new facility.

With around 80 employees now based at the new address — Flugstraße 22, 76532 Baden-Baden, Germany — Becker Avionics GmbH is well prepared for the future. The headquarters will act as a hub where forward-looking ideas are developed, global partnerships are strengthened, and innovation continues to thrive.
